Lisa Ling is a LEGIT journalist covering stories on the National Geographic channel to now working for Oprah Winfrey. Our America with Lisa Ling can be seen weekly on the OWN Network. Forget all that, we want to know how she survived working with the bimbos on The View (just kidding they're not bimbos,o.k. maybe Joy is)!

What separates successful business visionaries from the rest of us? Author Erik Calonius takes us inside the brain of Steve Jobs, Walt Disney and the Wright Brothers in his book 10 Steps Ahead.

We are all afraid of the word NO. Our sales expert Chip Doyle tells us why hearing NO is just as good as hearing YES! Our employment lawyer Dennis Strazulo shows us how to spot a fake online college degree.

In the nuggets: why there is poop (yes kaka) on your office coffee cup, tips on how to stay cool during a job interview, hidden secrets interviewers won't tell you and a special tribute to the inventor of Super Glue (when we say tribute we really mean a call to his hometown to see if anyone knows him).
Transcription of the Lisa Ling interview provided by Tim and Linday Harrison
LO: Can Oprah magic spells on people?

LL: [Chuckles] Sure seems like it because people when they interact with her seem to kind of go into this funny state because they're not exactly sure what to say but what they always find is that Oprah is someone who just really listens very intently and sometimes that's a little intimidating because she just kind of stares at you but it's really because she wants to understand what you're saying. She wants to listen.
