The one and only Dr. Oz spends some time on The JOB hot seat this week. Just in case you aren't familiar with Dr. Oz's work he's a practicing cardiothoracic surgeon, author, tv show host and of course Oprah's best friend. We make is real simple and only talk about 4 things with the great Oz - Oprah, poop, penises and sausage (not kidding)!

Cover story on Time Magazine this week is Why California is Still America's Future. The author of that story Michael Grunwald chats about why Cali' is so crucial to the U.S. breaking out of this economic slump (Don't miss his story about the "Governator" blowing smoke in his face).
Our employment lawyer Dennis Strazulo talking "Kin Care". What the law says about how much sick time you can take off to take care of your family.
Legal recruiter Stacy Miller tries to calm our nerves and tell us why changing jobs isn't that scary.
All that, plus the top Halloween costumes worn to work.
Transcription of the Dr. Oz interview provided by Tim and Lindsay Harrison:
Dr. Oz joining us on the J.O.B. I’m sure you’re out and about at a romantic dinner with your wife and someone comes up and says “I got this problem with my back Dr. Oz, what should I do?” What’s the weirdest thing someone’s come up to you on the street and said “Hey, can you give me advice for something”?Dr .Oz:               You know I had a question recently on a broken penis. [Laughs]

LO:                  Hello.

Dr .Oz:               You know you can crack your penis

LO:                  What?

Dr .Oz:               Yeah, absolutely. These are the kind of questions you get asked. You know, if someone’s having intimate relations and they feel a popping sound and it hurt like heck, you know those are the kind of questions you actually want to get on the radar screen, because that’s a problem. You know the penis is like a sausage and if the casing snaps and cracks, you actually aren’t straight anymore as a sausage wouldn’t be straight. You can actually have painful problems from that, so you want to get it fixed. Now, is it embarrassing? Of course it’s embarrassing. But should it be embarrassing? No, because it’s going to change your life for the better if you know what the heck happened.
